3D MULTI-PURPOSE BLOCK

 

Easy and simple to install by anyone who can lay a CMU panel, this solid 3D block protects against a variety of different threat levels, up to and including UL level 10, using simple mortar that they can be laid to create a simple wall or an entire building. You can support this level of protection with 3D doors.

The 3D block dimensions are 400mm x 200mm x 150mm or 15.75”x 7.9”x 5.9” and can be laid in various ways depending on the level of protection required.

3D WALL SYSTEMS

3B offers a range of wall systems that cover all threat levels, we can customize panel sizes to meet project requirements, apart from gray, also a variety of different patterns and colors are available. Wall systems can be used in new buildings and retrofitting existing buildings. In addition, 3D has developed a modular tilt-in-place wall panel system where everything is pre-assembled inside the manufacturing facility, including the door and window frames. Modular panel systems can also be installed for exterior construction and can easily withstand all weather conditions.

3D READY MIX / ON-SITE

3D has a unique pump and pouring system for high-rise building walls created using molds, this system is ideal when large volumes of 3D material are required and is easier than using 3D panels.

For projects that require ballistic/explosion proof floor sheets and anti-theft floor solutions, on-site fabrication is a very advantageous option.

3D SECURITY PANELS

3B also offers a variety of different fire protection solutions including ballistic / explosion technology. Blocks or panels are generally recommended in different construction applications according to the project feature. Our panel applications can also be designed for high wind and high seismic areas.

The panels are available in a variety of different sizes with a variety of finish options.
